• Order data — name, address, email, phone, order contents. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Payment data — processed by our payment provider through Shopify Checkout. We never store full card details.
• Account data — login and subscription settings, managed by Shopify. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Newsletter — email address, only after your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe in one click.
• Analytics and marketing — only if you consent in the cookie banner. Without consent those scripts are not loaded at all.

Shopify (store, checkout, accounts), the payment provider, the carrier, the email provider and — with consent — Google, Meta and TikTok for analytics and advertising. We enter into a data processing agreement with each processor.

Order and invoice data is kept for as long as tax law requires. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting of the platform concerned.
