What we publish, when we publish it, and why some fields on this site are still empty.
Every stack starts from one goal and one question: what most often goes wrong for people pursuing it? We choose products against that answer — never more than six, and never two products filling the same role.
That overlap check lives in the codebase and is asserted by an automated test on every build. If a stack ever contained two protein sources or two magnesium sources, the test fails.
Ingredients, nutrition values, allergens, dosing, caffeine content and manufacturing information only appear on a product page once the supplier has confirmed them in writing. Until then the page shows a visible placeholder.
In the EU, only authorised nutrition and health claims may be used, and only when a product’s composition meets the conditions attached to them. We therefore use no health claim at all until the final formula of each product has been checked against those conditions.
We never say that a product prevents, treats or cures any disease.
We only work with manufacturers who supply per-batch documentation. Once that documentation exists for a product, its page states what was tested and by whom. While it is not stated, we do not claim it.
