We currently deliver to: NL, BE, DE, FR, LU, AT, IE, ES, IT, PT, DK, SE, FI, PL, CZ.
The country list is configurable through NEXT_PUBLIC_AVAILABLE_COUNTRIES and is enforced by Shopify at checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

As an EU consumer you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Notify us within that period using our contact form or the model withdrawal form.
After notifying us you have a further 14 days to return the products. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, including the standard delivery cost of the original shipment.
Food supplements are sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection and hygiene, are not suitable for return once the seal is broken. Opened tubs, bottles or sachets therefore cannot be returned, unless the product is damaged or defective.
If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 14 days with a photo of the product and its packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Subscription deliveries follow the same shipping and return terms. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date; we email you in advance.
