An agreement is concluded once we confirm your order by email. Obvious errors in prices or product information are not binding on us.
All prices are in euro. Whether prices are shown including or excluding VAT depends on your country and our tax settings; the final amount including tax and shipping is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is handled through the hosted Shopify checkout. Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms.
A subscription continues until you cancel it. You can pause, change or cancel at any time before the next renewal date from your account. We email you before each renewal with the date and the amount.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Our products are not medicines and are not intended to prevent, treat or cure any disease. Always read the label and the warnings on the product page. If in doubt, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or being treated for a medical condition, consult a doctor first.
Products containing caffeine are not suitable for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. We do not sell to persons under 18 years of age.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or where mandatory law provides for wider liability. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence continues to apply. Disputes may also be submitted via the European ODR platform.
